Future shutdown of blog

now I am not a person that will keep doing something like this seeing as no one really reads this to my knowledge by the looks of it I get more hits for old stories based on things like “anime swimsuit” among some various others that I wonder how the hell they even relate to my blog at all so this is future notice of shutdown I will try to keep it updated for another week after that I think I will be shutting my site down.

Claymore ep 13

If people havent noticed I have pretty much forgone the mini summary I will just touch down on parts I feel intresting if anyone thinks I should continue with the mini summarys tell me the reason I quit was because I have this feeling no one really reads my blog anyway.  Ok then this episode was pretty good with a good balance of fighting and plot development Clare loses right arm which is bad considering the way she fights.  Apparantly since clare had thoughts of revenge when she became a Claymore shes an attack type if you think about protecting yourself you become a defensive type which allows you to regenerate faster and better.  Since she is a offensive type she cant regenerate her arm after the other claymore(forgot her name) chops it into little pieces.  Irene comes in and saves Clare as she is passing through the woods. (its pretty easy to figure its her after you see the other claymore’s sword just bounce off without you seeing anything)  anyway she badly injures her and takes the now near dead clare and takes care of her for a bit.  She reveals to clare about what happened after she was defeated by Pricilla she went into hiding pretty much since she lost her left arm.  And since you only need one arm for the Flash Sword she decides to teach it to Clare after seeing her resolution to continue.

Kaze no stigma ep 11

another Ren centric episode not much really happens except Ren finds resolve to stop the behemoth so no tsuwabaki sacrifices will be needed again. Ren ends up defeating yuuji who became some golem like thing to help protect the Taisai. Ren ends up deafeating him with a little help from Kazuma. Kazuma then flings Ren ahead with his wind to Ayumi since him and ayano are dealing with Kureha. Ren gives her a speech about how its wrong to sacrifice oneself for others as you should find a way to make everyone happy yadda yadda. Anyway it seems like next week will be a battle against the behemoth that is in mt. Fuji that Kureha is drawing power from I am hoping for Ren to get knocked out quickly so Kazuma can take over.

I wont be posting screens for this ep as I didnt care for it much and dont plan on going through it again to take the screens. Next ep I will though most likely unless it dissapoints and if you didnt notice I really dont like Ren as he has that personality type that just pisses me off.

seeing as how about 50% of all my hits come from people looking for anime torrents I figured I might as well tell of a few places where to get torrent downloads

Animesuki.com this is my personal favorite as it already filters out shows that have been licensed.

Baka-Updates.com is my alternate site I used when animesuki doesnt update on time but unlike animsuki it doesnt filter licensed series so I recommend you dont download those shows.

The hate!!

Whats wrong with the hate people have for anime companies?  I bring this up since from what I have seen from a few blogs I frequent are doing nothing but flame the hell out of Viz for sending cease and desist letters to fansubbers who were subbing Death Note a highly popular series that has been airing.  Dont get me wrong I know its a pain in the ass when a series gets licensed and its almost over and you just want to see what happens I can completely understand that.  But when you get pissed for people who are just trying to protect something they purchased that is ridiculous.  I know not everyone can afford all the dvds they want of shows they watch in anime form.  But you cant really blame a company for people wanting to make money off of a product they ARE PUTTING OUT.  I mean they took a big step for american anime fans that watch fansubs by putting them on a download over the internet setup.  This is a big deal and yet people are still complaining about how they are just trying to keep people from seeing something and how they are just being asses.  If you really like a show so much you shouldnt mind paying a few bucks for the episode and if you cant afford it?  Well for one I suppose you could re-evaluate your finances but better than that you can ask yourself do you expect to get movies for free?  Not usually unless you do something illegal there.  Some may say(many say) that the Japanese get to see the eps for free so should we.  We get our shows and they get ours if a Japanese person wants to see american shows I am sure they face the same problems you would have except they most likely have a lower chance of getting something like an american tv show subbed. (too my knowledge I really have no idea)

If anything people who have a problem with this keep a low profile about the cease and desist letters all the ruckus caused by them really just shows how much dislike the fanbase has for the company.  With a reaction like this I dont see any reason why a company right after licensing would not send out all their cease and desist letters that day.  I mean is 2!! episodes to buy really that much of a hassle? If things like Legit online downloads become popular we may see a large influx of companies doing that and quickly maybe a few days after the original air date and we can get legal copies of episodes.  Granted even people like myself would even have to cut back on my viewing myself. I could see many things in the future like subscrition services to special online anime sites where we get like unlim downloads for a month/year for so much money or something I mean it works for pron.

I considered not posting this and just keeping it in my drafts but I have decided I wont be intimidated by what the other blogging community things about my oppinion on the matter.  And no I was not paid to do a post like this before anyone asks since I am sure that will come up nor was I reimbursed I’m sure no company would pick the 1 week old blog with its best day being 15 views with no comments ever as one for that.

Slow updates?

Lots of stuff was going on the past couple days a recertification test and all that getting home late so not much time to watch and blog not to mention I needed to do a system restore.  So keep a look out for those viruses!

shows im watching but not blogging

Solty Rei– it seems good so far I would be blogging it but its actually my friends dvd(s) and I am watching it at his house.

Darker than Black– I might start blogging this but It seems like a pretty common one for people to blog and I just find it average myself

Hayate no Gotoku–  Not sure why I am not blogging this one I suppose its because I have a hard time deciphering the bleeps in the show and dont want to look like a fool blogging what I think they are.

Seto No hanayome– its a good show I reccomend it to those out there but its pretty random for the most part and I dont think you can really get the jokes with text and screens need voice and movement to appreciate it I think.

If anyone wants me to blog any of these if I get at least 2 comments for any of these I will highly consider blogging any of these series since I will watch them anyway.

Lucky Star ep 11

another ep of lucky star this is my unwind anime that I watch before I go to sleep.  Since there isnt much of a plot I will just mention things I found interesting.  For one I really liked the part when it was revealed that Konata thought Santa was real even though her dad always said they skipped past their house while he still gave her gifts in his place.  and for those of you that dont know in Japan as most of you who read this most likely know is that buses are a more common form of transportation then they are here.  And the thing is its so cold in the winter but the seats in the trains are actually heated which is why its easy to fall asleep on the trains in the winter.  Every episode I see with Konata’s dad I think I like him more and more.

when Konata said about them being shrine maidens I thought she was joking but I guess not

Gurren Lagann ep 12

Well this was the beach episode. They reached the sea and they had to take time to modify the Dai-Gurren to cross. In the meantime everyone decided to take some time off and splash around and play some beach games. This included watermelon smashing and beach volleyball. Nia despite her appearance was quite skilled at both which frustrated Yoko. After they got in the water they got in a fight with Adiane it seems her ganmen works alot better in water as compared to the Dai-Gurren Brigades which only had the Gurren-Lagann that could even go in water without leaking. In the end Simon pulled off another victory and Yoko saved Nia when she was grabbed.

Well in my oppinion I would have like the beach portion to be longer seeing a frustrated Yoko is just fun. Nias new hair is pretty good I think I like it better short my self I am sure it seems like most will disagree with me. It looks like almost all the men in the Brigade are lolicons seeing the rapid nosebleed scene after they see Nia in her swimsuit. This I would say was an average char development episode nothing really too special here.  Overall it was pretty good I would have liked to see more of Simon since I like his character abit more since he grew a pair.

Claymore ep 12 twist?

Claymore was a series I started watching thinking I would dislike it, but it has really grown on me. This episode Clare and Raki were already traveling to start a new mission almost right after the last awakened being one. This is another awakened being female this time she goes to meet her partner for this mission who is no. 4 Ophelia. Now Ophelia is insane from what I see and quite cold blooded since she decided to make it a came to see if Clare could fix her legs in time to save Raki from her onslaught of attacks he most likely would have died if the awakened being did not appear and start fighting. It appears Clare is capable of going past her limit and entering an awakened state? If I am wrong leave a comment please. Then an epic twist happened I did not forsee after Clare and Raki got away.

Now this episode seemed pretty average till about the last 5 mins. Now I was expecting a twist in the plot after the whole Male awakened being thing last episode. But I sure wasnt expecting the kiss scene. Now see I knew Raki loved Clare and I knew Clare loved Raki but I was pretty sure it was that mutual no-one wants us platonic companionship type thing or like brother/sister type love. I was not expecting that kind of kiss from Clare. It seems like Raki plans to get stronger since it seems like this was a parting episode for Clare and Raki not sure how far it goes maybe we will get a flash forward or something never read the manga so I dont really know whats coming up. At least the next episode we wont see them together.

Whats with the ears? am I watching lord of the rings?

The new awakened being only for one episode but that hair is KILLER get it? get it? *nudges*
