Future shutdown of blog

now I am not a person that will keep doing something like this seeing as no one really reads this to my knowledge by the looks of it I get more hits for old stories based on things like “anime swimsuit” among some various others that I wonder how the hell they even relate to my blog at all so this is future notice of shutdown I will try to keep it updated for another week after that I think I will be shutting my site down.

The hate!!

Whats wrong with the hate people have for anime companies?  I bring this up since from what I have seen from a few blogs I frequent are doing nothing but flame the hell out of Viz for sending cease and desist letters to fansubbers who were subbing Death Note a highly popular series that has been airing.  Dont get me wrong I know its a pain in the ass when a series gets licensed and its almost over and you just want to see what happens I can completely understand that.  But when you get pissed for people who are just trying to protect something they purchased that is ridiculous.  I know not everyone can afford all the dvds they want of shows they watch in anime form.  But you cant really blame a company for people wanting to make money off of a product they ARE PUTTING OUT.  I mean they took a big step for american anime fans that watch fansubs by putting them on a download over the internet setup.  This is a big deal and yet people are still complaining about how they are just trying to keep people from seeing something and how they are just being asses.  If you really like a show so much you shouldnt mind paying a few bucks for the episode and if you cant afford it?  Well for one I suppose you could re-evaluate your finances but better than that you can ask yourself do you expect to get movies for free?  Not usually unless you do something illegal there.  Some may say(many say) that the Japanese get to see the eps for free so should we.  We get our shows and they get ours if a Japanese person wants to see american shows I am sure they face the same problems you would have except they most likely have a lower chance of getting something like an american tv show subbed. (too my knowledge I really have no idea)

If anything people who have a problem with this keep a low profile about the cease and desist letters all the ruckus caused by them really just shows how much dislike the fanbase has for the company.  With a reaction like this I dont see any reason why a company right after licensing would not send out all their cease and desist letters that day.  I mean is 2!! episodes to buy really that much of a hassle? If things like Legit online downloads become popular we may see a large influx of companies doing that and quickly maybe a few days after the original air date and we can get legal copies of episodes.  Granted even people like myself would even have to cut back on my viewing myself. I could see many things in the future like subscrition services to special online anime sites where we get like unlim downloads for a month/year for so much money or something I mean it works for pron.

I considered not posting this and just keeping it in my drafts but I have decided I wont be intimidated by what the other blogging community things about my oppinion on the matter.  And no I was not paid to do a post like this before anyone asks since I am sure that will come up nor was I reimbursed I’m sure no company would pick the 1 week old blog with its best day being 15 views with no comments ever as one for that.
